3.The operator must be certified from the respective countries in which it is being operated and must posses third party certification.

4.It must be stopped in heavy wind and rain if the wind speed goes more that 32 Km/h or the respective corresponding unit.

5.All the lifting tools and tackles should be inspected and must be having third party certification.

14.The Crane must be third party certified with a well developed preventive maintenance plan of the whole,year.

15.The load must be properly secured with webbing slings and the appropriate lifting tools to avoid any damage to the plant and facility.

16.During the crane operation job foreman and supervisor must be in the area to avoid any breach in the safety protocol.

17.To avoid dropping of load it should be secured in proper manner with the lifting tools and tackles.

18.Prior to the lifts the area must be free from obstruction and unauthorized entry to the barricaded area must be debarred to avoid any damage to the workforce and plant property.

19.Pad up the sharp edges of the load to avoid any damage to the webbing sling and lifting tools.

Flagman:-Is a person who controls traffic during crane movement in the workplace.
